IMPORTANT INFORMATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering. They contain important information about purchasing from Diamond Lil's. We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions at any time and recommend that you make yourself familiar with them whenever you place an order.
All the data that we collect from you as a customer of Diamond Lil's will be securely stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be sold or traded to third parties under any circumstances.
We aim to dispatch all goods purchased within three working days, unless you have placed a special order. You will be given a completion/delivery estimate for custom orders at the time of placing your order. Please note that during busy periods orders may take up to five working days to dispatch but you will be advised of an estimated dispatch time in your order confirmation email.
If you are local to us we can deliver goods in person to your door. If you live/work in postcode NG15-Hucknall, Nottingham (our home town) we will deliver FREE of charge (please contact us for further details).
All items are currently sent with a Royal Mail Tracked (signed for) service within the UK & Europe. A signature will be required on delivery, if you are not at home when delivery is attempted your item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will have to rearrange a delivery or collect it. If your item is not collected or redelivered within 18 calendar days it will be returned to us and you will then have the option to pay a redelivery charge or have the order refunded minus the original postage charge (this excludes personalised or made to order items).
Furniture & large/heavy orders are an exception & will be sent via a Courier.
We aim to deliver the goods by the time scale quoted by Royal Mail but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.
We will not accept liability if a delivery is delayed due incorrect payment or delivery details.
Any customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
UK P&P Charges
Orders sent 1st Class are £3.95.
Orders up to £29.99 are £2.95 2nd Class or FREE for orders £30 or over. Freepost will be applied automatically at Check Out.
European P&P Charges are banded & vary on order value. The postage calculator at Check Out will work this out for you.
All shipping costs stated are for delivery in the UK & Europe only. If you wish to have the item shipped to you elsewhere in the world please contact us, we will be more than happy to provide shipping costs. Please note that items will only be sent with a 'tracked' service. Please do not request for items to be sent by any other method, as we will refuse.
We try to keep our stock control system up to date but sometimes during busy periods it is often difficult to do so. If an item is out of stock we will contact you & advise when the product will be available for dispatch. If at this time you choose to receive a refund instead of waiting for the product to arrive back in to stock then we will be happy to oblige. All goods are subject to availability.
Every care is taken to describe products accurately. All handmade items will be made with the up most care but may sometimes have imperfections. This is because they are made by hand (& not machines) and we think that it all adds to the charm of owning a handcrafted item! Every effort has been made to ensure that our items are described fully & accurately, however all colours, sizes and measurements displayed on our website are approximate.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
If an item has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to supply the item only at the correct price. If we become aware that the price is incorrect after you place your order we will give you the option to re order the item at the correct price or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us....we don't bite! Promise.
We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. We aim to resolve any problems quickly & efficiently.
Goods MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds on custom orders or earrings unless an item is faulty.
A photograph of all custom orders will sent for your approval before dispatch. The sale is final , unless the item is faulty on receipt.
All 'preloved' & vintage items are described as accurately as possible, all imperfections will be written in the item description, with supporting photographs & consequently these items are 'sold as seen'.
Refunds will only be given on items returned in their original packaging.
All postage costs for non faulty items/items not sent by us in error are to be paid by the customer. We highly recommend that a proof of posting is obtained when returning items. If items go missing in the post on returning this is not our responsibility.
If you wish to return an item you must email us email@example.com BEFORE sending any items and await confirmation. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will then provide our returns address.

We will issue your refund within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your items. You will receive your refund via the original payment method.
Beads and their associated components are a choking hazard, so please ensure that young children are supervised at all times whilst wearing any jewellery. Diamond Lil's accepts no responsibility whatsoever for injury caused by the misuse of these items. None of the handmade items are suitable for very young children. They do contain small parts & consequently may be a choking hazard. We ask that you please use your own judgment with the other items if they have no age guidance on the packaging.
Unless stated all home/glass wares are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
We will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of products once they are in your care. Neither can we accept liability for any injury or harm brought to you by wearing or using any of our products or services.
Due to different computer monitors/calibrations actual colours of items may vary slightly from the picture.
The Food Imitation (Safety) Regulations 1989
Please note the following important information in relation to purchases of beads & jewellery resembling sweets, cakes, fruit or other foodstuff. The aforementioned products are sold to you, the customer, on the understanding that they will be used purely as jewellery items by yourself & not for resale.
The individual beads must not be resold by you to non-commercial (private) buyers as they do present a potential choking hazard and as such do not comply with section 4 of the Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations 1989.
It is your responsibility that jewellery made with Imitation Food beads is safe and secure. The beads are made from non-toxic polymer clay. They are not edible and they are not suitable for very young children due to being a choking hazard.
Diamond Lil's reserves the right to use any comments/feedback or photographs that you provide on this website.
No part of this website shall be plagiarised or copied. This includes the use of our photographs or the copying of any of our products.
Legal action may be undertaken if this is found to be the case.
All handcrafted & upcycled designs on this website are exclusive to Diamond Lil's and remain the intellectual property of Diamond Lil's.
